Return & Refund Policy

At Gmoneymvmt Training and Physical Therapy, we stand behind the design and efficacy of our digital programs and services. Because our offerings consist of immediate-access digital downloads and scheduled professional sessions, the following return and refund rules apply:
1. Digital Downloads & Online Programs (All Sales Final)
No Refunds or Exchanges: Due to the immediate digital access, downloadable nature, and non-tangible status of our PDF manuals (the Supple series, deep squat program), exercise video libraries, and online guides, all sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable once a purchase is completed.
No Change-of-Mind Cancellations: Once download links or access permissions are issued, no cancellations or chargebacks will be honored for change of mind or failure to complete the program.
Technical Access & Support: If you experience any technical difficulties receiving, opening, or downloading your purchased files, please contact us immediately at garrett@gmoneymvmt.com. We will ensure you receive full, working access to your materials.
2. In-Person & Online Consultations / Physical Therapy
24-Hour Cancellation Window: Appointment bookings rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours prior to the start time are eligible for full rescheduling or refund.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed entirely ("no-shows"), are non-refundable and subject to the full session fee.
