When it comes to building a program that does it all, people tend to get lost in the weeds due to information overload that’s impacting the internet.

Don’t worry, I’ve been there. Trying to get strong as an ox, super flexible, and learn a ton of skills only to look back at myself a year later with no progress to show.

But I’ve spent YEARS of research and THOUSANDS of dollars learning from the best coaches around in the realm of strength, flexibility, and movement, to emerse myself in each practice and master the art of coaching.

I pride myself in always referring to myself as a STUDENT, because that’ll continue to make me a better coach to you. I take a variety of approaches to strength and mobility training and don’t limit myself to one style of training, but draw from many sources to create effective, non-biased programs.

I aim to make training simple to implement and to support your life, and assist in overcoming stagnation in your own training.

 Strength & Conditioning

Coming from an athletic background, strength & conditioning and sport performance has always been my first love.

I blend many strength methods taken from my background in gymnastics/ calisthenics, movement training, powerlifting, odd object/ strongman training, and olympic lifting to get super strong while ALSO simultaneously improving range of motion. Flexibility and strength actually go hand and hand. The key is choosing the most bang for your buck exercises to build raw strength and blending flexibility exercises into the accessory work. The way I program these two qualities will not have you in the gym for hours on end either.

Mobility/ Flexibility

 This has been my biggest topic of research in the last 6 years.

There are huge misconceptions in this realm as gaining flexibility as an already stiff adult is a completely different beast for those who do not already posses these capabilities or built it as a child. Luckily, you can absolutely get flexible as an adult if you are consistent, have a well thought out plan, and use methods proven to work.

Getting strong and flexible may seem like competing goals but not if they are programmed correctly in ways that actually complement each other.

I utilize methods of FRC, loaded progressive stretching, end range, and full range strength in a a way that doesn’t take hours of training to accomplish. Whether you are trying to build a resting squat, achieve a middle split, front split or back bridge, build resiliency in awkward/ weak positions, or just want your joints to feel better I can help you here!

What if you are already a super bendy person? It’s ok, this work is still for you because you may benefit from strengthening and stabilizing your end ranges of motion to become more resilient. Quite frequently I work with clients and patients who “feel” stiff all the time, yet they have more then adequate ranges of motion in the joints and soft tissues associated with the stiffness. People in this category don’t necessarily need more range of motion (unless their sport/activity demands it), but need to strengthen and control the ranges they currently have.

To maximize time, I’ll ask you to send me a background of your current condition and goals. During the call we can focus on how to achieve to achieve these goals as well as providing exercises on the spot.

These calls will be on Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime. Ideal for follow up consults after a 1 Hr consultation has been done. Or if you just want a few tips to enhance your current practice this is a good affordable option.

Offer #2 (1 Hr Consultation)

For the autonomous practitioner that is looking for a nudge in the right direction. These calls will be on Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime. Book a 1 hour long call with me, that includes:

1) A full assessment of current movement capacity

2) Programming tips to reach your goals in the most efficient manner. (exercise selection, volume, frequency, etc)

3) The time to just pick my brain and ask any questions you’d like.


Offer #3 (Full Term Online Coaching)

3 Month Commitment

For the dedicated practitioner that wants ALL the guesswork taken out of their programming.

Based on survey questions which i will email out to you, I will write you a 6 week program that will fulfill all of your goals and structure it in a way that allows you to progress in everything without over training and taking up your whole life. Programs will include videos and descriptions of each movement. There are no training templates I offer with online coaching. Everyone is looked at as an individual and every program is written from scratch. You will have unlimited access to me for questions/form checks via WhatsApp/ Telegram, IG, or Facebook messenger. 2 zoom/face time/skype calls are included per phase (beginning and end of phase).

Disclaimer: Because of the complexity of this work I require a minimum three month commitment ( 2 cycles) because this is typically the time that most of my students see the most change. Though incremental progress is made first phase, this is the time where I am getting to know your body and see what you respond positively or negatively to. Once we fine tune things in a collaborative manner, gains really skyrocket around the three month mark and beyond!

Offer #4 (Single Goal Online Coaching)

3 Month Commitment

If you are only interested in developing a single quality in your training such as Mobility/ flexibility, Strength, or Handstands this is the option for you. Same offerings apply with full term online coaching such as zoom calls, unlimited access to me for questions, initial assessment, and discussion on how to implement this program alongside your other training.
